Located in Sardinia, Italy, Villa Marzia is a private Mediterranean residence where technology has been discreetly integrated into the architecture and outdoor living areas. Delivered in 2022, ALPHACOM designed and installed a complete automation, multiroom audio and network solution.
Control4 provides centralized and intuitive system operation throughout the residence. Audio distribution is managed through a Triad Audio Matrix and Triad multiroom amplifiers, supporting a total of 16 outdoor music zones. Sonance Mariner outdoor speakers deliver high-quality sound across the exterior areas, while specialized SOMMER CABLE wiring, Ubiquiti network infrastructure and professionally organized Strong racks ensure reliable operation.
