Located in the Glyfada Golf area on the Athens Riviera, approximately 300 metres from the sea, Karamanli – Glyfada is a fully smart residential development comprising 13 apartments, 13 private swimming pools and one communal swimming pool. Delivered in 2024, the project integrates automation, lighting, climate, shading, security, networking and communication infrastructure throughout the entire building.
Control4 serves as the central automation platform, integrated with KNX for lighting, motorized shades and HVAC control. A professional Araknis network, DSC security, Luma surveillance and a centralized video door entry system support the complete development. Selected apartments also feature advanced Audio–Video installations, while specialized cabling, professional power management and centralized terrestrial and satellite television distribution ensure reliable operation.
