Located in Kanalia, Mykonos, this seafront complex comprises four luxury villas overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mykonos Town. Delivered in 2022, the project combines integrated automation, multiroom entertainment, security and professional network infrastructure across all residences.
The automation system is based on Control4 and KNX, providing centralized and intuitive control throughout the complex. A Bluesound multiroom audio system with Sonance Mariner speakers delivers high-quality sound across indoor and outdoor areas. The installation also includes a dedicated Ubiquiti network, advanced security systems, structured cabling and centralized television distribution.
