Located in the heart of Kifissia, L Residences is a luxury residential development comprising four bespoke apartments on a 1,100 m² plot. Delivered in 2025, the project combines contemporary architecture, high construction standards and discreetly integrated smart-home technology across all residences.
Control4 serves as the central automation platform, integrated with KNX for lighting, motorized shades and HVAC control. A professional Ubiquiti network, DSC security, Luma surveillance and a DoorBird video door entry system support the development. The Audio–Video installations feature Yamaha receivers and Klipsch speakers, while specialized cabling, professional power management and centralized television distribution ensure reliable operation.
